These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the authority operating the ta999 platform ("we", "our", "ta999") and any person using the platform ("user", "you", "your"). By using ta999's website, application or any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

3.2 Password and Account Security

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at ta999, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, and a total of ৳3,000 × 25 = ৳75,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used to play games.
• Multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus offer.
• Using multiple accounts from the same IP address or device while receiving a bonus is prohibited.
• The use of bonus funds may be restricted to certain games or betting sections — please refer to the specific terms of each offer.
• A single bet placed with bonus funds may not exceed 10% of the balance or ৳500, whichever is less.

5.3 VIP Program

ta999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.1%) and Platinum (weekly cashback up to 1.5%). It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.

ta999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If abuse or manipulation of bonuses is found, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on ta999 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

• If an internet connection is lost during an active bet, ta999 will determine the outcome according to its own records.
• In the event of any technical issue with a game, ta999's decision will be considered final.
• Any winnings displayed due to a software error in a game will be considered void.
• Betting limits are set according to the individual rules of each game.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports, separate rules apply for each event. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ta999 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or fake information.
• Manipulating or hedging accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or managing funds obtained illegally.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Conducting a cyber attack or DDoS against ta999's servers.
• Operating an account using a third party's funds.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8.1 Account Closure by ta999

ta999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms. In the event of account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided no breach of the Terms is found.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may exclude yourself from the platform for a specified period. During self-exclusion, it will not be possible to log in to the account or place bets.

ta999 accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of a game session due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Data loss caused by unauthorised third-party attacks.
• Account information leaks resulting from the user's own negligence.
• The user's own liability in relation to applicable local laws.
